You SHOULD get approval from your doctor or obstetrician before starting this program. They will clear you of any pre-existing conditions and give you advice about fitness health and safety…
2) Choose the Pregnancy Workout That’s Right for You
If you sign up for my Pregnancy Program, please feel free to adjust the exercises in any way to accommodate your own fitness level and needs. For example, you might find it better, in the beginning, to do the exercises without any equipment.
3) Pay Attention to Your Body
It is very important l to listen to your body and take it slower at times if you need to. Your body goes through so many different changes during pregnancy, so make sure to listen to its messages and be patient with yourself.
