Although challenging, this program is not complicated,
especially if you are new to fitness training as a pregnant
mother.
The only equipment you will need is a mat, bench,
resistance band, kettlebell and dumbbells.
Occasionally, we will incorporate other items into our
workouts. But, don’t worry — these can easily be found
around your home. They include such things as sofa
cushions, a chair and (if you don’t have a bench) a low-step
platform trainer. Lastly, and most importantly, since our
workouts will be challenging, you will need to have a full
water bottle handy at all times.
This program is ideal for women who are currently
pregnant in any of the three trimesters.
A fitness program is only as good as the results it helps you achieve. If
you’re willing to be committed and disciplined, this program promises
a ton of amazing fitness and health results. Some of these include
muscle tone, strength and endurance; improved mood; better sleep;
reduced backaches; a healthier weight; core stability; pelvic floor
flexibility; and reduced risk of postpartum injury. All of these benefits
can provide you with both incredible support and strength

Your body is amazing and extremely versatile! It goes through huge
changes when you’re pregnant and does an incredible job of helping
you through each and every step along the way. The Mom-To-Be
Fitness program is uniquely designed to be an additional support in
this awesome adventure.
One of the highlights of this program is that it comes with a specialized
exercise plan for each of the three trimesters. Trimesters are broken
down into different weeks of your pregnancy. These include the
following:
-Trimester 1 – weeks 5-12 of pregnancy
-Trimester 2 – weeks 13-28 of pregnancy
-Trimester 3 – weeks 29-38 of pregnancy
There are 6 different workouts for each of these three trimesters.
Every session is customized to both compliment and challenge your
strength and endurance levels according to the unique experiences
and limitations that come with each trimester. And because we all
experience pregnancy differently, you have the opportunity for each
individual workout to select the intensity level that is right for you.
Customizing your intensity level is easy! All you have to do is adjust
your weights to whatever works best for you and take the appropriate
number of breaks that you need at any point in a given workout.

This program provides you with 7 uniquely challenging workouts that
will be repeated after the first week. This provides you with an
opportunity to better understand each routine, fine-tune individual
exercises, and effectively determine your own pace and level of
intensity.
Each week has a mixture of three 20-30 minute resistance sessions
(Full Body, Upper Body Strength & Posture, and Lower Body), cardio
sessions, recovery and rest days, all of which are optional.

You SHOULD get approval from your doctor or obstetrician before starting this program. They will clear you of any pre-existing conditions and give you advice about fitness health and safety…

2) Choose the Pregnancy Workout That’s Right for You

If you sign up for my Pregnancy Program, please feel free to adjust the exercises in any way to accommodate your own fitness level and needs. For example, you might find it better, in the beginning, to do the exercises without any equipment.

3) Pay Attention to Your Body

It is very important l to listen to your body and take it slower at times if you need to. Your body goes through so many different changes during pregnancy, so make sure to listen to its messages and be patient with yourself.
