You can expect a variety of short yet effective workouts ranging from 15 to 25 minutes in length. There will be five workouts per week focusing on both lower body and upper body, targeting every muscle group

You can expect a well-rounded regimen with five workouts each week targeting different areas:
lower body, upper body, abs challenge, full-body strength, and mobility exercises.
This comprehensive approach ensures that every muscle group is effectively engaged.”

Coach Roulal has designed these workouts to require minimal equipment.

You’ll need:

–  A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets: one lighter for upper body and a heavier set for lower body)
– A bench or sturdy piece of furniture
– Resistance Bands
– A Yoga Mat
