For the Online Program in the Mobile App
Welcome to Roula Fitness, where we offer fitness services through our mobile app and website. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other rules or policies applicable to the services provided by Roula Fitness.
2. Services Provided
Roula Fitness offers fitness services, including personalized workout plans available through our mobile app. These services are accessible by purchasing a subscription, which can be renewed on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis depending on the package selected.
3. Subscription and Payments
Customers may choose from the following subscription plans:
- Quarterly
- Monthly
- Yearly
Upon purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the corresponding fee, which will be automatically charged according to the billing cycle chosen. Payments will be processed through the payment gateway on our website or app. Prices and plans are subject to change; however, you will be notified in advance if any changes occur.
• Usage Policy :
By subscribing to any GymOrca plan (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), you agree that all sessions must be used within the subscription period. Your access to sessions is valid only within the billing cycle—from the date of payment until the end of that cycle.
• Unused sessions cannot be carried over or extended beyond the agreed subscription period. If you require an extension due to exceptional circumstances, it must be pre-approved by your coach at GymOrca on a case-by-case basis.
By proceeding with a subscription, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
4. Renewal and Cancellations
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled before the next payment date.
- Self-Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time through the app or website. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next payment date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- Support for Cancellations: If you are unsure how to cancel your subscription, you can contact us via email at coachroula@gmail.com or directly through the app. Our support team will assist you with the cancellation process
5. Refund Policy
All subscriptions are non-refundable after payment has been processed. If you choose to cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged for the upcoming cycle, but there will be no refunds for any previous payments made.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or making a purchase.
- Keep your account login details secure and confidential.
- Not share your account information with others.
7. Access to Services
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to our fitness services through the app or website. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services if you violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to workout programs, materials, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Roula Fitness. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our explicit consent.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we do not guarantee any specific results from using them. You agree that Roula Fitness is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our fitness services.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.

Code of Conduct
- Please do not bring your gym bag or other personal belongings onto the fitness floor.
- Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the gym between November 15th and April 15th.
- RF Team is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please do not disturb others. Focus on your own workout and allow others to do the same.
- Please do not interfere in another member’s workout.
- Re-rack weights and return all other equipment and accessories to their proper locations.
- Ask Coach Roula Team to show you how to operate equipment properly so that others are not waiting as you figure it out.
- Wipe down all equipment after use.
- Stick to posted time limits on all cardiovascular machines.
- Don’t drop your weights.
- Members must take turns, share and respect each other.
- Members must bring their own cardio and shower towels.
Private or Semi-Privates Session policy :
- Members should show up before 10 minutes of starting a session.
- Cancellations need to be made at least 6 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. If less than 6 hours’ notice is given, the session is forfeited.
- Please be on time for appointments and classes. Personal Training sessions that start late due to a client’s late arrival will still end one-hour from the original planned start time.
- Late Policy – A cell phone is the official time keeping unit. The trainer will wait 15 minutes for clients. After 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and that session is forfeited.
- Members should consider the possibility of having different levels of exercises in the same session that suit their ability and strength, Coach Roula is responsible in choosing the proper exercises for the safety and protection of everyone
- Personal Training sessions are 55 minutes long.
- Coach Roula reserve the right to refuse services to clients who may not be able to exercise safely with the level of supervision provided by this program.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the booking app or the booking link that you receive upon registration. - Taxes will be added to any mentioned prices.
3-Month Private and Semi-Private Gym Package Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your membership. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation within the First 30 Days:
- If you decide to cancel your membership within the first 30 days following your registration, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost of your membership will be charged.
- Additionally, for any sessions attended during this period, you will be charged at the regular price.
2. Cancellation Before Three Months:
- You cannot cancel or request a refund before completing three months of your subscription.
- Taxes, whether applicable to cash or transactions made through the website, will be included in the cancellation fee.
3. Emergency Freeze Exception:
- In case of emergencies, please reach out to Coach Roula Team to request a one-time exception to freeze your expiration date.
- Coach Roula reserves the right to refuse the extension based on the circumstances.
- Taxes, whether applicable to cash or transactions made through the website, will be accounted for during the freeze period. You can also manage your subscription to either pause or cancel it.
4. Downgrading Package:
- If you decide to downgrade your package to a lower-priced option, a 20% fee will apply.
- Any extra features included in your current package but not available in the lower package will be charged separately.
- Taxes, whether applicable to cash or transactions made through the website, will be included in the downgrade fee.
