PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY.

These Terms of Use cover important information about the Platform, subscriptions, and any applicable fees. Your subscription is governed by these Terms of Use. The following additional terms may also apply to you:

A. Custom Program Addendum:

the provisions in the Custom Program Addendum form part of these Terms of Use and create a legally binding agreement between you and Roula Fitness when you purchase Subscription , VIP Coaching or Customized Programs offered via the Platform.

B. Additional Terms:

If you reside in the European Union or the United States, the Additional Terms in these Terms of Use may apply to you and, to the extent of any inconsistency, will prevail.

Welcome to the Roula Fitness mobile app

These Terms of Use and any other terms and documents expressly incorporated herein (together, the “Terms of Use”) apply to your use of the Roula Fitness website (“Website”), the Roula Fitness mobile application (“Roula Fitness App”), and any other digital services we offer (collectively, the “Platform”). These Terms of Use are entered into by and between you (“User,” “you” or “your”) and Roula Fitness Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Quebec, Canada, with its principal place of business at 4850 Saint Ambroise St, Suite #105, Montreal, Quebec H4C 3N8 (“Roula Fitness,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They supersede any prior agreements between you and Roula Fitness.

Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use and any future amendments. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

1. USER

1.1 Eligibility

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country (at least 16 years old), have full power, capacity and authority to agree to these Terms of Use, and have not been previously suspended or removed from using the Platform.

1.2 User Account Creation

a) To use certain features, you must create a user account (“User Account”) by providing your first and last name, an email address, a password, your date of birth, and other required information. Please provide accurate and current information. You may be required to provide personal information—like weight, age, or photos—to track your progress; everything is fully confidential until you agree to share it via written message or email.

b) We may, at our sole discretion, limit the number of User Accounts you create, impose additional conditions, or refuse to create a User Account.

1.3 Security

a) You are responsible for maintaining the security of your User Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

b) You must not share your credentials. Notify us immediately via live chat in the mobile app or at coachroula@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

1.4 Suspension and Termination

a) We may suspend or terminate your User Account at any time for any reason (including breach of these Terms), subject to applicable law.

b) These Terms continue to apply even after your account expires or is terminated.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

2.1 Subscription

a) You may subscribe on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
b) From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts, subject to separate terms.
c) We reserve the right to change pricing. In the event of a change, we will attempt to notify you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the new rate.

2.2 Free Trials

a) Free trials may be offered at our discretion.
b) Free trials are only available to new Roula Fitness users and may be canceled if abuse is suspected.
c) Unless canceled before the end of the trial, billing for your chosen subscription will begin automatically.

2.3 Payment Details

a) Payments are processed through credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or via your app store for in-app purchases.
b) You must provide accurate payment information. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your access.
c) You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank.

2.4 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews for the same term unless canceled at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain access for the remainder of the paid period.

2.5 Cancellations

To cancel, you may do so through your account on the Website, follow the in-app instructions, or contact us at least 48 hours before your next billing date via:

No refunds are issued for late cancellations or unused time.

3. CUSTOM PROGRAM ADDENDUM

3.1 Turnaround Time

Customized VIP Coaching and meal/workout plans are delivered within 3 business days of purchase (Saturdays and Sundays excluded).

3.2 Subscription Period Adjustment

The delivery period for customized plans does not count toward your subscription period. Your access begins upon delivery.

3.3 Modifications

You may request up to 3 revisions within the first 7 days after delivery. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

3.4 No Refunds Upon Delivery

All purchases of customized plans are final once delivered. If we fail to deliver as promised, we will revise your plan until it meets reasonable expectations.
