How to Cancel Auto-Renew in 
Roula Fitness App?

Option 1: Message us directly

You can contact our team through the in-app chat on your account. We’ll review your request and process the cancellation within 24 hours. A confirmation will be sent once it’s complete.

Option 2: Cancel it yourself

If self-cancellation is enabled on your account, here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your account here →

2. Click your name in the top right corner

3. Go to My Account

4. Select Purchases from the left-hand menu

5. Under Active Subscriptions, click Cancel Auto-Renew

6. Confirm cancellation

You’ll still have full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
