The workouts are tailored and scaled to match each participant’s fitness level. SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING involves working with 2 to 4 other clients in a session. It combines elements of traditional one-on-one training with the benefits of a small group setting. Semi-private training allows you to socialize and make friends while enjoying an effective workout in a private gym.

During each session, you will target different muscle groups. Below is a brief overview of each unique session :

1-Chest Shoulders & Triceps

This workout focuses on the upper body using various weights. Make no mistake — this class will test your endurance and help you build strong, lean upper body muscles. The workout is divided into three parts, each consisting of 2-3 exercises per set. We incorporate a variety of exercises, including bench presses, shoulder presses, and tricep dips, to help you achieve your fitness goals efficiently.. Finally, we’ll finish with an abs circuit.

2-Chest Back And Legs

Experience our targeted chest, back, and leg sessions designed to help you efficiently achieve your fitness goals. We will focus on toning and sculpting the upper, middle, and lower chest muscles with exercises like bench presses and flyes. During the back session, you’ll achieve a powerful V-shaped back through deadlifts, rows, and pull-ups, improving your physique and stability. Then, we’ll strengthen and sculpt your legs using squats, lunges, leg presses, and calf raises, enhancing athletic performance and everyday functionality.

3- Strength Circuit Training

Is a full-body workout that involves completing three 6-minute circuits of lightweight training followed by bodyweight exercises. Each circuit consists of 3-4 targeted exercises that are performed for specified amounts of time. This workout includes three different laps circuits (followed by a 15-30 second rest). Completing these exercises will activate many different muscles and help you achieve fat loss more efficiently than basic cardio

4- Booty & Abs Session

Most Popular Workout
This session is designed to help you build your glutes from every angle and sculpt your abs. The workout includes 8-9 different weight-lifting exercises using barbells, heavy dumbbells, and a booty band, each performed for 12-18 reps. It finishes with a circuit training session that combines glute activation and ab definition exercises, with 40 seconds of work followed by a 15-second break.”

5-Mobility Session

This session is essential before and after completing any workout, especially if you’ve exercised intensely. This recovery routine focuses on full-body mobility and stretching to improve both range of motion and flexibility. It helps prepare you for your other workouts in the program by reducing muscle tightness and strain on your joints. The recovery routine lasts approximately 7-15 minutes and includes a brief explanation from the coach about the target muscles involved.

The best fitness coach I’ve met in mtl. Roula is caring, hard working and passionate in her classes. She has great energy and motivation that you can feel in her classes. She cared about each client in the gym and outside. Her classes suits all levels of training and you can see yourself progress through out the session. I can’t recommend her enough! I’ve seen a huge transformation in my body and strength levels working with her. Even getting off track she motivates me to come back every time! I have been training with Roula for over a year now and I’ve never felt stronger/more energized!! I had lumbar sprain when I first started, I couldn’t even pick up my cats! Roula had great knowledge on what alternative movements I can do with my restraints to get stronger again. I can proudly say that I do not have that lower back pain anymore and can lift very heavy!I highly recommend her classes, no matter your level of experience in training!!

Roulah is the ultimate inspirational coach. Not only does she look the part but she motivates and shines with her dynamic personality. She is attentive and kind while remaining strong and efficient. The semi-private classes are just the right amount of people. They are fun but challenging and always different. I highly recommend Roulah Fitness for any level athlete, she always has an alternative workout when the exercise is too difficult.

I started working out with Roula and can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.I began with private on-line classes and I then moved to her semi private classes in person.I love it! Everyone in the team are at different levels with different goals yet so supportive and fun. I actually now look forward to going to the classes. This is big coming from someone who didn’t enjoy going to the gym and was intimidated by lifting weights. I thoroughly enjoy her coaching because she always keeps a close eye on our form, she is motivating and dedicated. Always accommodating, she does not hesitate to tailor her classes to our needs. I have been working out with Roula for the past year, online and in person and all I can say is THANK YOU. I love the classes. Working out became a fun time and seeing the amazing results just make me want to do more and make it really easy to commit. Roula is simply amazing! I am writing this review in hope that someone on the fence finally makes the decision to start working out. I wanted things to be different and what I realised is that if I wanted long-lasting change I needed help, and am glad that I’ve the right coach to guide me.Coach Roula is Incredibly professional, all her health program that created by her are useful. From the start she spent time with me understanding my goals, and importantly why I wanted to achieve them. She work with you to ensure goals are realistic and achievable. I have a busy professional life (eating out and drinking) and from the start she aim to modify behaviour that impedes your plan but certainly don’t ask you to eliminate things you enjoy. She teach you to be proactive in preparing for the days where you want to still have fun and enjoy yourself. I found the communication excellent. The program focuses on tracking results daily, which I found helpful as it ensures you make better decisions and stay on track. My results have been nothing short of outstanding and I’m only half way through my 12 week program!Now am eating better, training harder and as I get fitter starting to feel more confident and generally happier. Don’t baulk at the cost. It’s a small price to pay for your health and well being.It’s also plenty of fun - coach Roula are awesome!
