She has completely turned my lifestyle 180 degrees. Before joining her, I was lacking physical activity and motivation to do anything. Within an year, I have become a person who wholeheartedly enjoys working out and witness the continuous progress. An year ago, I could’ve not imagined that I could lift heavy weights, run and have significant strength and stamina.

I began with private on-line classes and I then moved to her semi private classes in person.
I love it! Everyone in the team are at different levels with different goals yet so supportive and fun. I actually now look forward to going to the classes. This is big coming from someone who didn’t enjoy going to the gym and was intimidated by lifting weights. I thoroughly enjoy her coaching because she always keeps a close eye on our form, she is motivating and dedicated. Always accommodating, she does not hesitate to tailor her classes to our needs. I feel stronger and healthier since working with can’t wait to see what is next. I do not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their fitness!

Coach Roula is Incredibly professional, all her health program that created by her are useful. From the start she spent time with me understanding my goals, and importantly why I wanted to achieve them. She work with you to ensure goals are realistic and achievable. I have a busy professional life (eating out and drinking) and from the start she aim to modify behaviour that impedes your plan but certainly don’t ask you to eliminate things you enjoy. She teach you to be proactive in preparing for the days where you want to still have fun and enjoy yourself. I found the communication excellent. The program focuses on tracking results daily, which I found helpful as it ensures you make better decisions and stay on track. My results have been nothing short of outstanding and I’m only half way through my 12 week program!
Now am eating better, training harder and as I get fitter starting to feel more confident and generally happier. Don’t baulk at the cost. It’s a small price to pay for your health and well being.
It’s also plenty of fun - coach Roula are awesome!
