Semi-Private Personal Training involves working with me and up to 4 other clients in a session. It’s a cross between traditional training and small group. Semi-private training allows you to make friends while getting an effective workout. At a private gym
Semi-Private with coach Roula will help you master explosive movements so you can step into your strength and out of your comfort zone.

Challenge your strength, speed, and performance with Coach Roula’s non-stop high-intensity workouts.

In the first week, there are resistance sessions depending on your fitness level.

The 50-minute workout targets different areas of the body and combines strength and muscle-building exercises with higher-intensity exercises to build your fitness. you will create the habit of regular exercise and improve your overall health by joining our supportive private community.

You want to lose weight? Eat healthily? She's the coach you need ! She'll help you reach your goals; plus, she knows how to motivate you. I love her energy and always look forward to her sessions. Sometimes I train with Florence who's also really nice. Roula Fitness is the workout I look forward to every week! Roula is as inspiring in her own fitness as she is dedicated to her clients. At the moment I'm only able to join once a week via classpass but fully intend to get an unlimited membership one day. If you can afford it, I can't recommend highly enough. I train more often with Florence, who is absolutely amazing, remembers everyone's name from the first session together, is super sweet and encouraging. Learning to lift is so empowering and doing so in a women-focused environment is even more so. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, if you're hesitating to try it, don't!!

There is something magical when you gather women and work towards the same goal. Roula is a very inspiring coach. The community is great. The environment of the gym is fun. The workout sessions are hard but give you results. Roula and Florence are really encouraging and they know how to push us to our limit with care. I never knew I could lift so much weight. After all these years of trying to get fit with all kinds of gym and coaches, I finally found one that works for me. Oh, and I love the mobility sessions to help us stretch.

The best fitness coach I’ve met in mtl. Roula is caring, hard working and passionate in her classes. She has great energy and motivation that you can feel in her classes. She cared about each client in the gym and outside. Her classes suits all levels of training and you can see yourself progress through out the session. I can’t recommend her enough! I’ve seen a huge transformation in my body and strength levels working with her. Even getting off track she motivates me to come back every time! I guarantee taking one class with her will make you want to do more

I have been training with Roula for over a year now and I’ve never felt stronger/more energized!! I had lumbar sprain when I first started, I couldn’t even pick up my cats! Roula had great knowledge on what alternative movements I can do with my restraints to get stronger again. I can proudly say that I do not have that lower back pain anymore and can lift very heavy!I highly recommend her classes, no matter your level of experience in training!!

Roulah is the ultimate inspirational coach. Not only does she look the part but she motivates and shines with her dynamic personality. She is attentive and kind while remaining strong and efficient. The semi-private classes are just the right amount of people. They are fun but challenging and always different. I highly recommend Roulah Fitness for any level athlete, she always has an alternative workout when the exercise is too difficult.

I started working out with Roula and can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.I began with private on-line classes and I then moved to her semi private classes in person.I love it! Everyone in the team are at different levels with different goals yet so supportive and fun. I actually now look forward to going to the classes. This is big coming from someone who didn’t enjoy going to the gym and was intimidated by lifting weights. I thoroughly enjoy her coaching because she always keeps a close eye on our form, she is motivating and dedicated. Always accommodating, she does not hesitate to tailor her classes to our needs. I have been working out with Roula for the past year, online and in person and all I can say is THANK YOU. I love the classes. Working out became a fun time and seeing the amazing results just make me want to do more and make it really easy to commit. I would recommend 1000% to book a first appointment with her and see on what physical journey she can take you. I've had other private coaches in the past and believe me, none were as good as she is! Roula is simply amazing! I’ve been training with her for several months now and I absolutely love it and always look forward to my next session.She understood my goals, is very patient and makes every session challenging. I am writing this review in hope that someone on the fence finally makes the decision to start working out. I wanted things to be different and what I realised is that if I wanted long-lasting change I needed help, and am glad that I’ve the right coach to guide me.Coach Roula is Incredibly professional, all her health program that created by her are useful. From the start she spent time with me understanding my goals, and importantly why I wanted to achieve them. She work with you to ensure goals are realistic and achievable. I have a busy professional life (eating out and drinking) and from the start she aim to modify behaviour that impedes your plan but certainly don’t ask you to eliminate things you enjoy. She teach you to be proactive in preparing for the days where you want to still have fun and enjoy yourself. I found the communication excellent. The program focuses on tracking results daily, which I found helpful as it ensures you make better decisions and stay on track. My results have been nothing short of outstanding and I’m only half way through my 12 week program!Now am eating better, training harder and as I get fitter starting to feel more confident and generally happier. Don’t baulk at the cost. It’s a small price to pay for your health and well being.It’s also plenty of fun - coach Roula are awesome!
