The 90 days shredded is for everyone who wants to recommit to her health and fitness or level up her training, regardless of fitness level.

You will have customized workouts across a range of training styles including HIIT cardio, strength, and weight lifting.

There are options available if you want to train at home or in the gym, with no equipment, using just your bodyweight, or if you prefer to follow workouts that use home gym equipment.

1- A complete training program at home or at the gym that gives you a variety of exercises. 5 workouts for the week on the lower body / upper body that target every group of muscles.

2- This program provides you with uniquely challenging workouts that will be repeated after the first week.

3- This provides you with an opportunity to better understand each routine, fine-tune individual exercises, and effectively determine your own pace and level of intensity.

A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts, however, if you’re completing this program from home, Coach Roulal has designed for the workouts to require minimal equipment.

Please see the “At Home” equipment list needed below:

-A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for upper body, and a heavier set for lower body)

-A bench or sturdy piece of furniture

-Resistance Bands

-A Yoga Mat
